Stop arguing about route quality — prove what really lands on the handset

TrustRouting helps telco and messaging teams see whether SMS, OTP, voice, RCS, and optional chat OTP traffic actually arrives the way vendors claim. Install one Android agent on your test device, send your real traffic, and review evidence in a web dashboard.

Not a test-number platform. You use your own SIM and your own services, so results reflect real delivery — not synthetic DLRs or rented inboxes.

What it is

Independent delivery monitoring on real devices

TrustRouting sits between your traffic and your assumptions: the Android app collects what the phone actually receives, and the admin panel turns that into reviewable, exportable evidence.

TrustRouting is

  • A monitoring layer for teams that need proof from real handsets
  • Bring-your-own SIM: your device, your markets, your traffic
  • Android evidence collection + web dashboard for daily ops
  • Route checks, delivery delay review, channel confirmation, and XLSX exports

TrustRouting is not

  • A supplier of test numbers or synthetic SMS traffic
  • A replacement for your SMS/voice routing platform
  • A guarantee that every vendor report is wrong — it gives you your own evidence
  • Full chat history import for WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram
Why teams buy it

When vendor dashboards are not enough

Most delivery disputes start the same way: the platform says "delivered", but users, banks, or enterprise customers see something else.

Route disputes with aggregators Compare declared routes against what the handset actually shows — including operator and SMSC mismatch signals.
OTP and banking delay Measure real end-to-end arrival time in priority markets before failed logins and abandoned flows hit support.
Channel and voice uncertainty Confirm whether traffic arrived via RCS or silent SMS fallback, and whether flashcall or CLI behaviour matches what you sold.
How it works

Three steps from install to proof

You do not live on the phone. Install once, send real traffic, and run investigations from the web.

1
Install on your test phone

Download the Android agent (12+), sign in with magic link, and activate your trial or subscription.

2
Send your real traffic

Use your own SIM and services. The agent syncs SMS, calls, RCS, and optional chat OTP notifications.

3
Review and export proof

Filter in the admin panel, validate routes, measure delay, and export XLSX for customers or vendors.

Who it's for

Pick the profile closest to your team

TrustRouting is built for operators and messaging businesses where delivery quality directly affects revenue, compliance, or customer trust.

What teams say

Used when DLRs and supplier dashboards disagree

Quotes are anonymized from messaging and telco customers. Names withheld for confidentiality.

“We stopped arguing about ‘delivered’ in LATAM OTP — the handset export settled it with the aggregator in one call.”
Head of messaging · CPaaS
“RCS fallback was invisible in our old tooling. TrustRouting made channel truth visible before billing disputes.”
Route quality lead · Enterprise bank
“Grey-route investigations finally had device-level evidence instead of screenshots from random test phones.”

Capabilities

What you can verify on each message or call

Every workflow below produces evidence you can filter, review, and export — not a one-off screenshot from a test inbox.

Did the route match the promise?

Check SMSC and operator signals against declared routes to spot low-quality paths, SIM routes, or unexpected delivery behaviour.

How long did the OTP take?

Measure real handset arrival time for OTP and banking traffic in the markets where delay hurts conversion most.

Was it really RCS or SMS?

See whether rich messaging actually landed as RCS or silently fell back — before billing and routing debates start.

What caller ID arrived?

Validate ANI/CLI and flashcall patterns using call metadata from the device — duration, type, and timing.

Did chat OTP arrive on time?

Optionally capture new WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram notifications with consent and review OTP timing in the same dashboard.

Can you share proof?

Export filtered XLSX for SMS, calls, RCS, and supported chat channels — ready for customers, vendors, or internal QA.

FAQ
What is TrustRouting in one sentence?

It is real-device delivery monitoring: an Android agent on your SIM collects what the phone actually receives, and a web dashboard lets you review, filter, and export that evidence.

How is this different from vendor dashboards or DLRs?

Vendor dashboards tell you what the supplier's platform recorded. TrustRouting shows what arrived on a real handset with your SIM — useful when the two stories do not match.

Do you provide SIM cards or test numbers?

No. Customers use their own devices and SIMs. We do not generate synthetic traffic or fake services.

Do I need to work on the phone every day?

No. Install once on a test device. Day-to-day monitoring happens in the web Admin Panel (filters, exports, viewer access, analytics).

How do I connect a device?

Install the Android agent and sign in via magic link from the app. After you subscribe, device capacity follows your plan quantity in the admin panel (you can add devices up to that limit). The 2-day trial is for evaluation on a dedicated test phone. One handset cannot be active on two accounts at the same time.

Is there a trial?

Yes — a 2-day trial on a dedicated test device. After it ends, a paid subscription is required to continue ingest and dashboard access. See pricing overview.

How does pricing work after the trial?

Self-serve subscription via the admin panel (Stripe). You pay for plan capacity; registered devices can go up to your subscription quantity. Enterprise audits and managed programs are quoted separately — contact sales.

What exports are available?

XLSX exports for SMS, calls, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram are available directly from the admin lists with filters applied.

Do you import full WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram history?

No. These channels are captured from new Android notifications only, with user consent. TrustRouting does not import full chat history.

Do you analyze SMSC per message?

Yes. Each SMS is enriched with SMSC analysis to understand delivery routing and operator mapping.

How is registration handled?

Registration happens only in the Android app via magic link. Paid plans support multiple registered devices up to your subscription quantity. The trial is meant for one evaluation device. A single phone cannot be linked to two accounts at once.

Will analytics be added?

Yes. Dashboards for delivery, operators, and service patterns are in progress.

Does TrustRouting include AI?

Yes. Subscribed admin users get AI Analyst in the web dashboard — a chat interface over your captured delivery data for grey-route checks, OTP stability, unknown SMSC/GT, call classification, and related investigations. Viewer accounts are read-only and cannot use AI Analyst.

Does AI Analyst auto-block traffic or change routes?

No. AI Analyst explains patterns and recommends next steps based on your handset evidence. Blocking, firewall changes, and supplier escalation remain with your team.

How do I get support?

Navigate the main menu (SMS / Calls / RCS / WhatsApp / Viber / Telegram)

Use the bottom tabs to switch between SMS, Calls, and RCS logs. Each record shows the type (Incoming/Outgoing/Missed), timestamp, and sync status. Optional WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram tabs can be enabled in Settings to show new notification-derived chat records.

SMS: Check routing and verification indicators, including cases where the SMSC cannot be verified in IR-21, or where the MSISDN/operator does not belong to the expected SMSC/MNO, which may signal a mismatch or suspicious routing.

Calls: Identify flash calls or robocalls by looking at the call duration. Very short calls are commonly used for flash-call verification attempts, while unusual repetitive patterns can indicate robocalling behavior.

RCS: Confirm whether the service is using RCS instead of SMS by reviewing the message type and details, which helps validate the real channel used.

WhatsApp / Viber / Telegram: These optional tabs show new Android notifications only. They are useful for OTP arrival review, but they do not import full chat history.

Use Sync (top right) to pull the latest data, and Export to download logs for analysis or sharing.

Messages

Use Messages when you need to search and review raw records. Start by selecting the device, then set Date From and Date To. Use filters like Number From, Number To, SMSC Number, SMSC Operator, SMSC Country, SMSC Valid, SIM Slot, Platform Match, and text search to narrow results. Switch between SMS, CALLS, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram tabs to analyze different channels in the same time window. If you need a report, use Export XLS to download the filtered dataset. If service detection is incomplete or outdated, use Rescan All Services and then refresh the table.

  • 4.7 Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. LEGAL BASES (IF GDPR/UK GDPR APPLIES)

Where applicable, we process personal data under one or more of the following bases:

  • Contract: to provide the Platform you request and manage your subscription.
  • Legitimate Interests: to secure, operate, and improve the Platform; prevent abuse; and protect our rights.
  • Consent: where required (e.g., certain cookies/trackers) or where you actively provide optional data.
  • Legal Obligation: to comply with laws and lawful requests.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

6.1 Service providers (processors)

We may share data with vendors that help us run the Platform, such as:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • database/search and monitoring tools;
  • email and authentication delivery providers (for magic links and notices);
  • payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for billing and subscription management;
  • customer support and incident response tools.

These providers are authorized to process data only as needed to perform services for us.

If you want deletion of your account or stored data, contact [email protected] (see Section 11). We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g., security logs, billing records, dispute resolution).

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport where appropriate, and least-privilege internal access. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your devices, credentials, and exported files.

11. DELETION REQUESTS AND ACCOUNT CONTROL

To request deletion of account data or device data, email [email protected]. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and our operational requirements (including retention for security, billing, and legal compliance).

12. CHILDREN

The Platform is not intended for children and must not be used by anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.

8.2 Trial

If we offer a trial, it is provided "as is", may be changed or ended at any time, and may limit devices and features.

8.3 Payment processor (Stripe)

Payments are processed through Stripe (or another processor we choose). Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms and policies. We do not store full card numbers.

8.4 Auto‑renewal

Unless you cancel, your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle and you authorize recurring charges.

8.5 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops renewal; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless terminated earlier under these Terms.

8.6 NO REFUNDS

ALL FEES ARE NON‑REFUNDABLE AND NON‑CREDITABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This includes partial periods, unused time, plan downgrades, outages, maintenance, or feature changes.

We may perform maintenance or modify the Platform at any time. Features may change, be removed, or be added. We may provide notice when commercially reasonable.

10.3 No reliance for critical decisions

You acknowledge that the Platform may experience delays or inaccuracies and you will not rely on it as the sole basis for emergency response, legal compliance determinations, or safety‑critical decisions.

11. THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES AND NETWORKS

The Platform depends on third‑party services and telecom networks (carriers, OEM services, hosting providers, email delivery services, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for third‑party outages, changes, network behavior, or actions/omissions of third parties.

12. MESSAGE/CALL CONTENT; NO RESPONSIBILITY

Content observed on your device (SMS text, RCS content, call identifiers) originates from you or third parties (carriers, apps, services, counterparties). We do not control and are not responsible for that content, its legality, accuracy, or safety.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1 Our IP

The Platform (software, code, UI, trademarks, documentation) is owned by Enquirelink or licensors and protected by applicable laws.

13.2 License to you

Subject to these Terms and payment of Fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to use the Platform for your internal business or authorized purposes.

13.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free right to use it without restriction.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS OR ENRICHMENT (INCLUDING SMSC/OPERATOR SIGNALS) WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.1 No indirect damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENQUIRELINK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.

15.2 Liability cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENQUIRELINK'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO ENQUIRELINK FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15.3 Allocation of risk

You acknowledge these limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enquirelink and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • (a) your Customer Data;
  • (b) your traffic, testing, devices, SIMs, and use of telecom networks;

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and allow thirty (30) days to attempt informal resolution.

18.2 Binding arbitration

Except for small-claims matters (if eligible) and requests for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.

18.3 Seat and language

Arbitration will be seated in Ontario, Canada, and conducted in English.

18.4 Class action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

Key Capabilities
Evidence-based · Real data

Independent delivery intelligence for live operator markets

Use one platform to answer the questions ops teams actually argue about: did it arrive, how long did it take, which route was used, and can we prove it to a customer or vendor?

Route integrity Validate what suppliers claim against what your handset actually receives.
Delay intelligence Spot OTP degradation before customer support and fraud teams feel the impact.
Channel truth Show whether traffic arrived via SMS, RCS, call behaviour, or notification-derived chat OTP instead of assumptions.

Traffic evidence

SMSC validation & operator mapping

Each SMS is enriched with SMSC analysis to trace delivery paths and identify true operators.

Delivery delay visibility

Critical for OTP and banking traffic — see exactly how long messages take to arrive.

RCS vs SMS proof

Distinguish between RCS and SMS delivery to verify channel usage and quality.

Call metadata analysis

Duration, type, ANI/CLI evidence — complete call log visibility without audio recording.

Optional chat notification capture

Capture new WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram notifications with consent to review OTP arrival timing from the same device and admin workflow.

Ops workflow

XLSX export

Export SMS, Calls, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram datasets directly from the admin with filters applied.

AI Analyst

Ask operational questions in plain language — grey-route signals, OTP stability, unknown SMSC/GT, call classification — and get evidence-backed answers from your captured data. Learn more

Read-only Viewer Access

Share dashboard access with stakeholders without giving them edit or export rights.

AI Evidence Engine
Investigate faster · Human review

AI Analyst — ask your delivery data questions in plain language

Stop scrolling thousands of rows to spot grey routes, channel shift, or suspicious call patterns. In the admin panel, AI Analyst summarizes what your handsets captured and cites the underlying records — then your team decides what to escalate or export.

Evidence-first Answers reference SMSC, operator, delay, channel, and platform-match fields from your data.
Quick actions One-click templates for grey-route checks, OTP stability, unknown SMSC, and call classification.
Human in the loop Recommendations only — no automatic blocking or route changes.
TrustRouting AI Analyst classifying calls on captured handset data — flash calls, robocalls, and assessment summary
Security
Enterprise-grade protection

Security controls that fit enterprise review and stakeholder sharing

The platform is designed to let ops teams investigate live routing evidence while keeping transport, access, and tenant boundaries predictable.

Protected transport Evidence moves over encrypted channels rather than ad-hoc analyst workflows.
Controlled visibility Different users can review, export, or observe data according to their role.
Tenant separation Device-level boundaries reduce leakage and keep investigations scoped cleanly.

Core controls

Encrypted transport

All data in transit is protected with TLS encryption.

Role-based access

Control who can view, export, or manage data with granular permissions.

Per-device data isolation

Each device's data is stored separately — no cross-contamination.

Try it on your own device

Start the 2-day trial, connect one test phone, and review live evidence in the admin panel — or book a guided demo.

AI Analyst — evidence-backed telecom investigations

Ask operational questions about SMS, OTP, voice, and route behaviour. Get answers grounded in what your Android test devices actually captured — not supplier DLRs alone.

Available in the admin panel for subscribed admin accounts · Viewer role excluded · Machine-readable summary

What it does

TrustRouting collects delivery evidence on real handsets. AI Analyst sits on top of that data as a chat interface: set period and optional filters (MSISDN, service, channel), then ask in English or Russian, pick a quick action, or run Batch Analyze. The AI Evidence Engine queries your records and returns a structured answer with an assessment and recommended next steps.

Example: classify calls on a test number for the last 7 days — flash calls, short robocall-like attempts, missed/rejected volume, top suspicious CLIs, and whether the pattern warrants human review.

AI Analyst call classification report showing flash calls, robocalls, top numbers, and suspicious-behaviour assessment
Quick actions
Services on number

Which services delivered to a number in the period, and are there problems?

Grey-route check

Signs of grey-route or tariff-path bypass for a number or route.

OTP stability

Is OTP delivery stable for a service on this test handset?

Unknown SMSC/GT

Suspicious or illegitimate GT/SMSC candidates to review or block.

Non-SMS delivery

Services delivering OTP via WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, or other channels.

Classify calls

Flash-call, robocall, or normal service call patterns on a number.

Off-platform traffic

Traffic that did not match your platform (PLATFORM_MATCH = No).

Batch analyze

Run automated analysis across the filtered dataset (up to 100 events per job).

Filters

Narrow the dataset in the sidebar before you ask:

Period

7 / 30 / 90-day presets or a custom date range.

Phone number

Type MSISDN or pick from numbers synced on your devices.

Service name

Focus on one detected service (e.g. a bank OTP or WhatsApp).

Channel

All, SMS, Calls, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram.

You can also ask (free-text)

No quick-action button required — type in English or Russian:

  • SMSC classification — which GT/SMSC are normal vs suspicious for a service
  • Channel shift — SMS followed by WhatsApp, Viber, or flash-call on the same flow
  • Voice spikes — waves of short or robocall-like traffic
  • Network / route quality — serious deliverability or grey-route problems on a route
  • Action vs monitoring — urgent response needed or watch-only for now
  • Service pattern — which detection pattern matches and how confident it is
  • Poor recognition — services often marked Unknown, hurting visibility
Chat features
Multiple threads Separate conversations with persisted history per admin account.
Streaming & clarification Answers stream in; if a phone number or slot is missing, the assistant asks before analyzing.
Copy & deep links Copy answers for escalations; open linked SMS/call/RCS rows in Messages when offered.

AI Analyst is

  • An investigation assistant over your TrustRouting evidence
  • Evidence-first summaries with record-level context
  • A faster path from question to escalation or XLSX export

AI Analyst is not

  • An auto-blocking firewall or route switch
  • A replacement for manual filters and exports
  • Available to read-only viewer accounts
  • The same as AI Reports, per-event analysis, or Cases (those are separate admin pages)

Try it on your captured data

Start with a 2-day trial on a test handset, sync traffic, then open AI Analyst in the admin panel.

Built for your team — pick your profile

Each profile below shows the delivery questions TrustRouting helps answer and the business outcome teams typically target.

Enterprise & banks
A2P Delivery Quality · OTP & Banking Assurance

You need to know whether OTP and A2P traffic in priority markets arrives on time and on the route your vendors promised. TrustRouting gives enterprise and banking teams handset-level evidence for route integrity, delay review, and vendor governance — before customer impact shows up in support queues.

Outcome: fewer failed logins, faster OTP delivery, and disputes backed by exportable proof.

Use AI Analyst to ask whether OTP delivery is stable on a test number before launch — then export XLSX proof if vendors need evidence.

SMS Hubs & CPaaS
A2P Route Quality · Real Delivery Proof

Network DLRs are not enough when enterprise clients ask whether a message truly reached the handset. TrustRouting lets hubs and CPaaS teams benchmark route quality in revenue-driving markets, spot mismatches between declared and observed delivery, and send customers filtered XLSX evidence.

Outcome: transparent route quality, fewer disputes, stronger enterprise trust.

When DLR and handset stories diverge, AI Analyst can summarize SMSC mismatch and delay patterns for a number before you send filtered XLSX evidence to the supplier.

Voice Aggregators & Flashcall
ANI Validation · Flashcall Behaviour Analysis

Verification flows fail when the caller ID or flashcall pattern on the handset does not match what you sold. TrustRouting captures call metadata on real devices so you can compare ANI/CLI and flashcall behaviour across operators and countries.

Outcome: proven verification behaviour, lower fraud risk, stronger customer reporting.

AI Analyst classifies flash-call and robocall patterns on captured call logs — useful when verification behaviour does not match what was sold.

MNOs
A2P Grey Route Detection · Managed Monetisation

Grey routes and bypass are hard to prove from network-side data alone. TrustRouting gives MNO teams live device evidence to compare declared interconnect paths with what handsets actually receive, then support enforcement and monetisation programs.

P2P interconnect behaviour can be analysed as a secondary control layer, while A2P remains the primary focus for compliance, enforcement, and monetisation.

Outcome: monetisable A2P compliance, stronger interconnect control, scalable grey-route enforcement.

Run grey-route and unknown SMSC/GT checks in AI Analyst to prioritize firewall or interconnect reviews from live handset evidence.
